, since the wastewater from the production of amino resin paint contains a considerable amount of methanol and butanol, they are separated from water by distillation, and the methanol and butanol are recovered from the wastewater and refined to reach the reuse concentration of the produced resin. In the butanol-methanol-water ternary system (formaldehyde can be ignored), the butanol and water system has a very low azeotropic point and is partially miscible, so it is necessary to adopt azeotropic distillation and set up an oil-water separator in the process. The presence of the third component methanol changes the miscible system of butanol and water, reduces the concentration of butanol in the oil phase and increases the loss of butanol in the water phase. When the methanol concentration reaches a certain concentration, the oil-water stratification phenomenon will disappear, and 75%-80% of butanol products cannot be recovered. At the same time, the boiling point of butanol is 118 ℃, the boiling point of methanol is only 65 ℃, but the relative volatility of butanol is larger than that of methanol. In rectification, the methanol component is distilled off first, but it can only be distilled off afterwards, with the butanol fraction sandwiched in. Therefore, two pure components cannot be obtained by one rectification. In view of this situation, we intend to use batch two-stage distillation method.
