improve the adhesion of water-based paint? How can I improve the flexibility of water-based paint?
Most of the water-based baking varnish on the market now mainly uses the main resin and amino resin cross-linking and curing method. This method is convenient and simple, and the cost is low, but the products made have two shortcomings:

1. The processing performance is not good, 100 grid unqualified, etc. appear for this reason. The main reason is that the amino resin is brittle, and the paint film of the product is hard, which can be used on general metal or glass, and on glass or metal with high requirements for flexibility and adhesion, the above situation will occur.
2. The solvent resistance and boiling resistance of the paint film are not very ideal. Due to factors such as formula or incomplete reaction, after baking, there will be more or less part of the main resin or amino resin in the system, which will affect the solvent resistance and boiling resistance of the paint film.
In order to solve the above two problems, a solution has been found: namely, the addition of a blocked isocyanate curing agent.
aliphatic isocyanate (HDI), has good flexibility, and the use of amino resin, will greatly enhance the flexibility and adhesion of the film. In addition, after the coating film is treated at more than 130 ℃, the-NCO group released by the blocked isocyanate curing agent will react with the-OH of the main resin or the amino group of the amino resin remaining in the coating film to form crosslinking, which can significantly improve the color stability, solvent resistance and boiling resistance of the paint film.
