One is that the amount of acid is too large, which can be locked by measuring the acid value of the resin, otherwise there is a problem with the ingredients. Second, the amount of monomer added is more, while the amount of solvent added is less. At this time, the solvent should be added according to the resin index detected by the central control, and the viscosity and solid content of the resin should be adjusted until it is qualified. If handled properly, it is possible to adjust the unqualified resin to qualified.

2. The resin index is found to be unqualified during central control

using the above-mentioned investigation method, if no problems with ingredients, raw materials, operation technology, etc. can be found, it is necessary to find out whether there are any errors in the central control inspection (I .e. inaccurate inspection, problems with thermometer, balance scale, etc.), and it must be retested and rechecked so as to obtain correct inspection data and determine the real technical indexes of the resin.

3. The acid value of the resin is high or low

the general situation is that the dosage of acid is not accurate enough. If there is still room for adjustment of the solid content or viscosity of the resin, the acid value can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting the solvent. If there is no room for adjustment, a new one can be produced (acid value or adjusted data of other indexes). The two kettles of resin are mixed together and the control is qualified. At this time, resin viscosity, solid content or other technical indexes should also be taken into account.
